Cubemon is a Cobblemon SMP on Java that mixes Pokemon style training with normal survival play. The big thing is it has all 1000 Pokemon so you can actually go for a full collection.
I noticed it pushes exploration a lot with custom structures and custom legendary spawns so running around the world feels worth it. If you like battling there are tournaments and competitive events plus other server wide events.
It also has land claims so your builds stay safe. The community is meant to be friendly and staff is active so it feels more alive instead of empty.
