VoidMC is a recently launched Vanilla plus survival server on Java 1.21.11. It stays playable on a normal vanilla client since it only uses datapacks.
The world is permanent with no resets so your builds and progress stick around. You can roam through custom world generation and new biomes then stumble into discoverable structures and dungeon style content.
There are custom mobs plus custom items and enchantments to find while you explore. If you like survival that still feels vanilla but has more to see this one is worth checking out.
