Lavender SMP is a small whitelist server for adults who like hard survival and chill building. It is 18 plus and very friendly to lgbtq players so it feels safe to just hang out and talk.
The server runs Java edition and is on version 1.21.10. It uses hardmode so mobs hit pretty hard but there are some quality of life tweaks that keep it fun.
There are data packs and plugins like afk display and anti enderman grief so your builds do not get ruined. You can collect more mob heads and player head drops and use mini blocks to decorate your base. There are double shulker shells so you can actually carry your stuff. There are extra advancements from Blaze and Cave so you always have more goals.
The community is close knit and people like to build and hang out in voice chat. There is simple voice chat so if you see folks talking you can just jump in and be part of it.

This is a Hermitcraft inspired SMP that just started season 3 and it feels really fresh and fun.
The server uses Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game without having to leave Minecraft. There is Audio Player so you can use custom music discs and goat horns. They also use Carpet to add stuff like renewable deepslate and player bots so you can AFK farms.
There are cool cosmetic things like Tool Trims and custom model support plus a server side skin system so you can change your skin with a command. Image2Map lets players turn pictures into maps which is really good for art and signs.
The server has a bunch of datapacks. There are more mob heads and player head drops. Elytra trims and armor statues let people decorate more. Silence Mobs lets you quiet mobs with a nametag. There are smaller blocks in the stonecutter and wood can be used in the stonecutter too.
Recipe tweaks let you change things like dropper to dispenser universal dyeing sandstone dyeing and downcraftable nether wart and ice. Blaze and Caves advancement pack adds over 1000 new advancements so there is always something to work on.
From what I can see this server is for players who like long term survival and building up a world together with a lot of small quality of life changes instead of crazy mods.

RecraftSMP is a survival server that is on Season 6 and runs on Java Fabric 1.21.10. It is whitelisted and made for players who are 18 or older so the world feels more calm and mature.
The server feels really community based and everyone seems to like building stuff together. There is a shopping district and a build competition district plus other areas that players make over time. If you like to build or mess with redstone or just explore you will probably find something to do here.
They also have an integrated creative server so you can test designs before you bring them into survival. There are custom generated structures to discover and BlazeandCave’s advancements that add more goals to chase. The server uses VanillaTweaks and has a Bluemap so you can look at the world from a web map style view.
Overall it looks like a chill welcoming place that wants people who like collaboration creativity and just hanging out in survival together.

Konohaven SMP Season 4 is a survival server that feels like a small group of friends hanging out. The players are kind of goofy and they really like meeting new people and making cool memories together.
The server is Java Edition on 1.21.8 Fabric and you can also join with a 1.21.7 client. It is set to hard difficulty but it is mostly vanilla style with no flying no teleport commands and no paid ranks. Things like fire tick enderman griefing and phantoms are turned off and there is single player sleep so nights go by faster.
There is a live map and a diamond based player run shop economy. Shops have very few rules and players can compete with prices as long as they stay friendly. Staff will only step in if drama gets toxic.
They host a lot of events and challenges with fun rewards like custom hats and knockback sticks. People hang out in voice chat do karaoke nights holiday events and community build projects. There are custom item and hat models that work with a lightweight resource pack but you do not have to use it.
The server is focused on community and playing together but solo players are welcome too. There are people from the US Canada and a bunch of places in Europe. You have to get whitelisted and they want everyone to follow the rules and keep the vibe inclusive for all kinds of players.
