This is a small modded server called Brass and Cogs and it is for people who really like tech mods and survival. It runs on Forge 1.21.1 and it is self hosted on the owners own hardware. The plan is to keep it online all the time and play with a small group instead of some huge crowded place.
The main mods they want are Create and Applied Energistics 2 so the whole server is about automation and big brain factories. There is Bigger Reactors and Draconic Evolution so late game will be very strong and kind of crazy. There is also Create Big Cannons so people can mess with huge contraptions and powerful machines.
It is not only tech stuff. They also use Terralith for cooler world generation plus Serene Seasons so the weather feels more real. Farmer’s Delight and Sophisticated Backpacks make survival and exploring feel better. Tough As Nails is planned too so it will be more challenging than normal Minecraft.
The server is looking for around 5 to 20 players and you have to be at least 13 years old. It is premium only so cracked is not allowed. The owner is open to mod suggestions so the pack can change if the whole group wants something new. Nations of The Void is a modded Minecraft server that is starting in a few days. It looks like a mix of heavy tech and magic and ships and guns.
The server has Gregtech so progress is not instant. You have to actually work for your machines. It also has Create so you can build cool factories and contraptions. There are ships with Valkyrien Skies and Eureka Ships so you can make moving vehicles in the sky or on the sea.
There is Clockwork and also Breaking Bad themed content plus guns with Tacz and Scorched Guns so the combat is not just swords. For peaceful stuff there is Vinery and Farmers Delight so you can farm and cook and make nicer food.
Magic players get Goety and big fights with Cataclysm so there are powerful bosses to defeat. The server also uses Kubejs so a lot of things can be customized and tweaked.
