AntHill SMP is a fair and welcoming survival server that is focused on community and meeting new friendly people.
It is strictly 17+ and it is based in the UK but it accepts players from all over the world.
The server uses anti griefing measures so your builds are safer and it also has lots of quality of life plugins for 1.21.11. You can find things like ShopKeepers for player made shops plus Tree Feller and Vein Mine and BlueMap. They also say more plugins are planned and there are extra optimisations too.

Elysium is a small Java server that just reopened with a fresh start in early November. It is a multi world setup and it is looking for players who are 18+ to join the community.
The Survival world is on 1.21.10 with a 10k by 10k border and mcMMO skills. It goes for a more vanilla feel so teleport commands are off except for /home bed and travel is meant to happen with a Nether roof system. There is also a spawn shopping district where players can make chest shops and use diamonds as money.
For builders there is a Plots world with 85 by 85 plots so you can build in peace. You start with one plot and can earn more by moving up build ranks.
There is also a Creative superflat freebuild world for bigger community builds and shared projects. You can build together if everyone agrees and griefing or changing builds without permission is not allowed.
A Hub world connects everything and you can use /spawn or /hub to get there. It has hangout spots plus an amphitheater for community events. There is also a second Creative world that is a perk for higher build ranks.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IP
