I found an 18+ Minecraft Java Edition SMP that is starting a brand new world really soon. It is meant to be survival with adventure and that fresh start feeling where nothing is claimed yet.

They are still voting on whether it will be vanilla or modded. They are also still deciding the PvP and griefing rules. If you join early you actually get a say in how it runs.

Java Survival is a multiplayer server that tries to feel like real Minecraft. The world is meant to be legit and built by players so everything you see was mined and placed by hand.

It is semi vanilla and they skip the usual big plugins. They use custom plugins for basic commands and land protection so the server has its own vibe.

The server has been running for years with different worlds over time and it is now on its third world that started March 28th 2025.

You have to be 13 or older. It is not strictly family friendly. The rules focus on respect like no excessive offensive language no politics no cheating and do not mess with other players builds or build too close. No advertising either.
