This is a bedrock server that a mobile player joined. They used one name first then had to use a different name later. They tried to get their old stuff moved to the new account but the staff did not believe them.
The staff thought they were trying to hack or steal so they muted the player. Now they cannot even explain or ask for help in game. Changing the name on xbox costs money and their parents will not pay so they are stuck like this.
The server has drama between staff and players and it feels kind of unfair if you just want your items back and no one listens.
