Stormy Lagoon is a long term survival multiplayer server that lets Java and Bedrock players play together. It feels like it is built to be fair since there is no pay to win and ranks and perks are earned by playing.
Progress is a big deal here. There are daily missions and weekly challenges that reward Pearls and boosts. Pearls also have milestones so you keep getting long term rewards. There is a pearl shop where you can spend what you earn on perks ranks and cosmetics.
The server has custom Stormy Items that level up like tools weapons and armor with abilities. It also uses mcMMO so you can level skills for stuff like combat mining and fishing. The economy is player driven so people can buy sell and trade freely.
For exploring there is an RTP menu that can send you across five worlds. Resources are handled with yearly resource worlds so the main world does not get wrecked.
For safety and vibes there are grief proof claims with advanced permissions. PvP is consensual so you can toggle it. You can also set tags and join messages and even make canvas art with art maps. The staff is described as mature active and transparent and the community is tight knit with constant updates and new content.
