This server is a gens style world but with a big twist. You still grind generators but the real focus is on special abilities called Techniques. Each Technique is like an element power that changes how you fight.
Right now there are four Techniques. Water feels more supportive and can stun. Fire is all about burst damage and aggression. Wind is about movement and spacing so you can control fights. Electric hits really hard and is tanky too. The owner says more Techniques are planned like earth or ice and more.
There are custom items that make PvP feel different. There is a grappling hook so you can move around fast or chase people. There are stackable totems so you can bring more lives into fights. They also plan more custom items and balance updates for combat.
The gameplay sits between generators economy and PvP ability combat and utility items. It feels fast paced but still grindy enough if you like long term play. You can focus on getting stronger generators or learning how to use your abilities better in fights.
The community seems chill and they say it is not pay to win. New gens players and PvP enjoyers are welcome. They also talk about future events and leaderboard seasons so it sounds like they want the server to keep growing over time.
The server runs on version 1.21.4 and is online most of the time.

Expeditions SMP is a survival server that is all about dungeon runs and exploring dangerous places. Players go into randomly generated dungeons and fight mobs and big bosses to get stronger gear.
The server is built around a complex class system with branching paths and custom abilities. There is also a big guild system that sounds really deep and detailed. It is the main thing that makes this server feel different from normal SMP.

Creation Network is a new RPG style Minecraft server that just went into beta. I joined to check it out and the first gamemode is all about using elements.
You get special abilities that are based on the four elements. It is not a normal bending copy. They have custom abilities that are only on this server so it feels different from other element servers I played.
There are custom enchants and an RTP system so you can get out into the world fast. There is also a clan system so you can team up with other players and play together.
The server works on both Java and Bedrock so you can join no matter what edition you use.
