Overview

We are a longstanding SMP with currently over a dozen active players and we are looking for more! A few players have been there since the early days, others since last year, and a few joined only recently.
The main guideline is to leave the “meta” of pure Vanilla survival as unaltered as possible. The only 3 plugins that interfere with this are:
– GriefPrevention
– Sleep voting plugin
– Player item shops for trading
Two ranks “new” and “player”, no benefits
No warps, no /tpa, no /sethome
No Mojang chat reports
No McMMO or alike, no donation perks
The world will never reset
Land claiming
Player trading via signs (no adminshops)
20% of players need to sleep to skip the night
All made in survival, including spawn area, etc
Lots of public farms

  1. Do I need to be 18+ to join?

    Yes, this server is for players who are 18 years or older.

    No, there are no donation perks or benefits that can be bought for real money on this server.

  3. Can I use warps or set home locations?

    No, warps and /sethome are not available on this server.

  4. Is the map regularly reset?

    No, the map will never reset on this server.

  5. How can I protect my land?

    You can use the GriefPrevention plugin to protect your land with a golden shovel and allow certain players to build or access chests on your claim.

  6. Is there a community on the server?

    Yes, there is a close-knit community with events from time to time and players are always available to help each other.

  7. What kind of gameplay can I expect?

    This server is designed to feel like a vanilla experience with no added frills or perks. Players can focus on long-term projects and megabases are welcome.

    Vinterra is a vanilla survival server with a Hermitcraft kind of feel. The world has been going for about three months and it has an active group that usually sits around 20 to 30 members.

    People run events and most weekends there are game nights. There is also a Decked Out style game being built right now and they say more interactive events are coming.

    You do not have to be a crazy builder to fit in. Explorers builders redstoners and anyone who likes being part of a community can join. They do quick interviews on Saturday and it sounds pretty easy.

    AtrixStudios Vanilla Plus Hermit SMP

    AtrixStudios is a Hermitcraft style SMP where the whole point is the community. It feels made for people who want to build big projects explore together run shops and actually make friends over a long time.

    It runs a custom vanilla plus setup made for this server. The changes are meant to keep the game feeling like normal Minecraft but smoother and more fun.

    I saw a lot of quality of life stuff like XP orbs that fly to you speed on dirt paths auto ladder placing and a low health sound warning. There are also progression extras like farming giving bonus XP a guaranteed wither skull from the wither and player heads dropping on death.

    The world has immersive touches too like biome discovery messages special crafting sounds wither summon alerts and piglins that can spawn with rare trimmed armor. For decorating there are armor stand pose controls arms enabled by default and a sit command.

    They also track stats with playtime commands and a playtop leaderboard plus a ping check. Builds are protected with CoreProtect so staff can track and roll back griefing or theft.

    I found a hardcore survival server where you only get one life. If you die you are done so every fight feels scary and every trip out matters.

    It is an anarchy style place where griefing killing and scamming are allowed. People can betray you fast so you really have to play smart and trust nobody.

    The world is huge with a 300000 by 300000 overworld border and a 50000 by 50000 End border. That makes it easier to run far away but still run into players.

    They want more classic sword and bow fights so end crystals and respawn anchors for PvP are not allowed. Cheating hacking and exploits are not allowed either so it stays fair.

    Misthaven is a modded 1.20.1 server that mixes arcane magic with brass and steam. It is built for people who want deep lore and immersive roleplay with real progression.

    The world has custom structures and secrets to find. The lore is meant to reward curious players and punish reckless ones. You can play as a scholar chasing forbidden knowledge or a warrior who solves problems with steel. Choices matter and factions and secrets are a big deal.

    It is RP and survival. The server says it is friendly and it runs with no restarts. There are lore events and character creation where you pick from 30 origins and 5 classes.

    The planned opening is 3/15/2026 at 3 pm EST. When you join the community they ask for a short interview unless you are busy.

    Chill Towny SMP With No Resets

    I found a small friendly Towny and SMP server called GamerHub Towny. It is made for chilling but it can still feel casually competitive. The community is welcoming and you can usually find people around in AU EU and US timezones.

    The rules are clear and it is no grief and no stealing. They also say there are no resets ever so your progress stays.

    You can build claim land and grow a town with Towny. It also has Jobs MCMMO and an in game ranking system. There is Dynmap so you can see the world. You get player warps and player shops plus a sell only server shop.

    It runs on version 1.21.x and it also supports Bedrock players.
