BeeSMP is a new survival server that is opening this Friday at 6 PM EST. It is made for people who want to play for a long time and not just join and leave in one day.
The server is all about community and working together. You can build cool bases explore the world or just hang out and talk. Everyone is supposed to focus on collaboration and creativity so it feels more like a group project than a solo world.
The world is fresh so everyone starts at the same time. If you join on opening day you get to be there from the very beginning and grow with the server.
There are no complicated rules listed here but the whole idea is community first gameplay. That means people are expected to be respectful and play in a friendly way so it stays a nice place to relax and have fun.

Gods and Gold is a modded Minecraft server that is all about politics culture consequence and fantasy but it still keeps the chaotic fun of Minecraft.
From what I saw the world is meant to last a long time so players can build deep lore with each other. Player actions matter and can influence the server. It is not focused on grinding all day and it does not try to be edgy like a lot of other politics servers.
You can create your own history and nation or you can join one of two staff made factions. These factions already have their own culture and NPCs so you can jump in fast if you do not feel like writing a big backstory. You can still climb the political ladder inside them.
Claims are tied to political titles and you can get those through economy military politics or civic paths. There are rules for succession abdication elections and even usurping. You can play noble ruthless or just efficient as long as you stay mature and remember it is just a game.
The economy is player run and the currency is renewable. There are a lot of money sinks like land upkeep tithes war costs buffs and cosmetics so the economy can boom or crash but it is still meant to stay fun.

This is a vanilla beta 1.7.3 server that is trying to build a small but active community of people who really like old beta Minecraft. The whole point is to keep that classic feel and simple gameplay from the beta days.
The rules are pretty strict but simple. No hate speech or symbols. No griefing stealing or cheating. No nasty or offensive memes like gore or racism or sexism. Everyone has to be kind and bullying is not allowed at all.

This is a small fantasy nations server where players build kingdoms and fight in wars. It mixes roleplay and pvp so you can talk in character then go straight into battles.
You can start your own kingdom or join an existing nation. You can also be a wandering trader or make a mercenary group and live off looting other players. You start from almost nothing and try to work your way up.
The world has a custom map with really nice terrain. The server is mostly vanilla but it has custom end game tools. There are plans for more RPG style stuff like custom mobs and custom loot so it should get even cooler over time.
The community feels solid and they have guidelines so there is no hate or toxic behavior. It is made for people who like both roleplay and combat and just want a chill place to play and explore.

MangoSMP is a pretty chill vanilla plus survival server. It feels like a normal Minecraft world but with some extra stuff that makes it easier to live in long term.
The main world never resets so you can build big bases without worrying they will get wiped. If you just want to gather materials there are resource worlds for that so the main world can stay nice.
There are land claims so people can protect their builds. There are player warps so you can move around to different spots players set up.
The server has a player economy with shops and an auction house. There are jobs and quests and orders so you always have something to do while you earn money.
PvP is not forced on you. There is a PvP toggle and also an arena. You can keep your inventory or choose to risk everything depending on how you like to play.
There is a spawner collection system called Divine Touch. There are also cosmetics crates and vote rewards for people who like collecting stuff.
The staff seems helpful and the community is pretty relaxed. The server is updated to the latest version as soon as the plugins allow it so it stays modern without breaking things.
It is meant to be a long term place with no pay to win and no surprise wipes so players can just chill and play survival for a long time.
