You can play 24 7 and it lets you join on Java versions from 1.7.2 to 1.21.11. It recommends 1.21.10 so you do not run into problems.
The world is huge with a 2 million block border and there are no map resets. There is no pay to win and there is no teleporting. Griefing and PvP are allowed so you have to watch your back.
The only command you get is spawn so people far away can get back to civilization. Nether roof is allowed phantoms are removed and only half the players need to sleep to skip the night.
