My name is Kalamity, Owner and Developer of RPGCraft Servers, and Sev Development. We are a cross-platform Canadian server (yes, Java AND Bedrock users play together on the same map). The server first came online in Nov 2021 for testing. The map was reset at the start of the 1.18 patch. There will be no more map resets, the map that is currently being played on will remain for the life of the server. We have two primary missions. Firstly, we aim to nurture a community of players within a modernized combination of anarchy and factions gameplay. Secondly, as long as I remain owner of the server, we will remain an ANTI PAY-TO-WIN server. We proudly follow the EULA laid out by Mojang and encourage others to do the same. There is NO way to gain an advantage over other players through a purchase on our store. NONE, ZILCH, NADA.

I personally develop many private plugins in-house to ensure many aspects of gameplay is unique to RPGCraft. However, we do use a litany of public plugins that many players love and will be familiar with.

If you are a fan of MMORPG style games, you may find yourself hooked to our server. There are many interesting NPCs to meet throughout your travels, and unique quests they will send you on. There are hundreds of new enchants to discover and crush your enemies with.

RPGCraft does not follow a traditional economy that most players may be familiar with. We do have an economy system, but it is more a guideline rather than a hard and fast rule. Players have to barter with each other to work out prices, there is no server shop that players can buy resources from, players have to actually INTERACT to trade. The primary server currency are Dragon Eggs (DEGGS). Every time the Ender Dragon is killed, it will drop a DEGG on the ground, the dragon can be killed a maximum of 10 times per day as to not flood the economy.

There are currently 50~ magical items that can be purchased with DEGGS from trader NPCs, some of which may be unlocked behind quest lines. Factions and land are purchased using DEGGS as well.

    Whitelisted Modded SMP With Create

    WhimsyWillow is a small community focused Minecraft server and Season 3 is live with a modded setup. The mods were picked by the community so it feels like everyone had a say.

    The world has tons to explore with over 100 biomes using Biomes O Plenty and Terratonic plus lots of structures. It also has the Create mod so you can build machines and set up big projects as long as it stays reasonable.

    There is a BlueMaps world map so you can look around the world. Progression is made more fun with more ores and new tools and weapons.

    Spawn is kept looking nice and there is a shop district with custom player shops that can sell anything they want. The server also tries to run events and they always want suggestions to keep things fair balanced and enjoyable.

    It is whitelisted and joining is simple with a short application in their Discord.

    I found a Survival Bedrock Realm that is mostly vanilla but it has extra stuff to keep it interesting.

    It has an economy plus player shops. There is a TPA system so you can meet up easier. It also has ranks and auctions so trading feels more active.

    The season started about two weeks ago so it still feels fresh. The community is big and still growing with a Discord that has over 1000 members. They also do daily updates and giveaways.

    This is a survival multiplayer world that stays close to vanilla. It is meant for players who want simple Minecraft and not a bunch of big changes.

    It allows a few small extras like tree chopping stuff and some furniture. It avoids terrain generation changes so the world still feels normal.

    The vibe is chill and it sounds good for playing when you are bored and bringing a friend too.

    The Pen Classic Prison With Guards

    This is a classic prison server that goes for that old school grind where you start basic and you earn everything. It feels barebones and nostalgic and it pushes you to work for better gear instead of getting stacked fast.

    The main path is the rank ladder from A through H then Parolee then Citizen. After you hit the top you can prestige for special rewards. Money comes from mining and smelting your ores then walking through PvP zones to sell at the Commissary so it is not just instant selling.

    Guards are a big part of the server. They help protect new players and they enforce contraband rules. Swords and potions are illegal and guards will PvP you if they catch you with them. If you act up you can get sent to solitary confinement.

    There are extra things to do like quests for cash or special items custom fishing parkour around the prison and bounties you can place on enemies. You can rent a cell or a plot to store items build shops or grow special illegal plants for profit if you can avoid getting caught.

    Modded Squad PvP With Weekly Events

    Frontline Combat is a modded team based pvp server that feels like squad fights mixed with battlefield style games.

    It runs regular events every week and the staff keeps trying to make each event better than the last with their own custom mods and content.

    The server is Java only and it is looking to grow the player base so more people can jump into the battles.
