    The admins try to stay out of the way as much as possible. Players decide the economy and the politics and who fights who. If you want war you can chase it and if you want alliances you can try to make them.

    It uses Lands for claiming and it has custom stuff like a fast travel sign warp system and proximity text chat so talking feels more local.

    CaveMC is a semi anarchy survival server with enhanced vanilla gameplay. The whole overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It feels like you are living in one giant cave world with biomes resources and structures hidden everywhere.

    Season 2 is a fresh start with a bunch of additions. Survival is brutal and you have to be smart to make it.

    There is also a big expansion called the Wasteland Dimension opening on November 8th. It has new gear to fight for huge mega structures with secrets and its own currency for a player driven economy. There is also a new spawn and a custom generated map with special features you will not find in normal worlds.

    I found a Minecraft server that runs in seasons. Every couple months the world gets fully reset so everyone starts fresh again.

    Right now it is basic vanilla so people can settle in and get to know each other while the server grows.

    Near the end of each season the community votes on what the next reset will be. It might stay normal or it might switch into something new like OP weapons life steal anarchy or horror mods. The whole point is to keep it changing and fun and make it easy to jump in each cycle.

    I found Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy survival server that tries to stay really close to vanilla. It started on October 11th 2024 and it is hosted in New York City.

    The server is online all the time and it lets Java players join from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. They recommend 1.21.10 so stuff works better.

    The world is huge with a 2 million block border and they say there are no map resets. There is no pay to win and no teleporting. PvP and griefing are allowed so it can get wild.

    The only non vanilla command is spawn so people far away can get back to civilization. Nether roof is allowed too and phantoms are removed. Only half the players are needed to skip the night.

    They do not allow exploits lag machines duping spamming or harassment and racial slurs in chat.
