This is a semi vanilla SMP called Outcrafted that is starting up its Season 3.
The server is looking for around 50 to 100 active players so it feels alive but not crowded. It is for players who are 16 or older so it is meant to be a bit more mature.
It is mostly vanilla but has some cool extra features. There is simple voice chat so people can actually talk while they play.
