MineStrike is a Minecraft server that is trying to grow and build a long term community. The staff team is a really important part of the server and they are looking for people who want to help make the server better.
There are different staff roles like Helper Moderator Administrator Manager and Developer for plugin configuration. Helpers answer player questions and watch chat. Moderators deal with reports and punishments and keep things fair. Admins and Managers handle bigger problems server operations and staff teams. Developers work on plugin setups like permissions ranks and other systems but they do not need to code.
All positions are volunteer and you have to be at least 16 years old. They want people who are mature respectful and can work in a team. Being active and reliable matters a lot and having past staff or plugin experience is helpful.
