Realm of Aureus is a survival RPG style server that feels like a long adventure that never resets. It mixes normal open world survival with a big lore feeling so it feels more like a story than just another world.
There are tons of custom things to find. The server has hundreds of unique items armor sets tools skills and enchantments plus bosses creatures and NPCs that are all made by the staff. You explore the world fight scary bosses and try to beat really hard challenges for powerful loot.
The world has a border that slowly expands over time so there is always new land to claim and build on. Players can protect their bases with simple land protection so griefing is not the main focus. You can team up with other towns and even form nations if you want more political style play.
There are over 400 special achievements that range from finding rare gear to unlocking cool chat titles or killing tough bosses. As you complete more of them your fame goes up so there is always something to work toward.
The staff team listens to what the community wants and uses that to decide what content to add next. They already have a lot of ideas but community requests come first.
The server supports both Java and Bedrock using Geyser and they worked on textures so cosmetics like hats look right on both versions.
