This is a cracked SMP that just started and it feels really fresh. The owner wants it to stay simple and vanilla so it runs on version 1.21.11 with no crazy plugins or mods.
The server has only a small amount of rules so you are mostly free to play how you want as long as you are not ruining the fun for everyone. It is made for people who like basic survival and just hanging out.
They do week seasons where every weekend the End gets opened for a big fight. So if you like rushing the dragon or teaming up for raids this is actually pretty cool.
It is fully vanilla but there is one quality of life command which is slash home so you can get back to your base easier.

This is a small origins server that feels really chill and friendly. The owner made it because they were tired of boring servers with rude people. Here you can just hang out build stuff and make new friends.

I found this server called Ultimate Hardcore and it is actually scary to play.
It is a hardcore server where you only get one life. If you die you are just done and you cannot use alts to come back. There are no resets so the world keeps going and every choice matters a lot.
The server is vanilla survival with almost no rules. You cannot cheat but griefing is allowed. PvP is also allowed so other players can hunt you. It feels really intense because you never know who to trust.
