This is a server called Rattata SMP and it is made to feel really close to normal Minecraft. It is run on paper and lets both java and bedrock players join. The world is set to hard so it is not super easy and you kind of have to know what you are doing.

It is basically full anarchy with little to no changes. There are no admins and no rules and no bans and no shadowbans. You can do whatever you want and you should not expect it to be beginner friendly.
The server aims for a near vanilla experience and only uses minimal modifications to help keep it stable. It also has a separate authentication server. There is no tpa and no home commands.
Cheat clients are allowed but some movement exploits are blocked like Flight and ElytraFly and Timer and similar stuff. There is also a strict anti cheat system that is meant to feel like 2b2t.

OnyxSMP is a survival server for 1.20.x that is about starting fresh with everybody on the same level. It is launching as soon as the community gives the go ahead so the start feels like an event.
The vibe is simple and focused. No big complicated hub stuff and no game breaking pay to win ranks. It is built for solid performance with high render distance and minimal lag so building and redstone feels smooth.

Ultimate Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death is forever and it really sticks. There are no revives and no second chances so if you die you are done.
The world is massive at 300000 by 300000 blocks and it never resets. PvP is on and raiding and griefing are allowed everywhere so you always feel like something could happen.
It stays close to vanilla but it has a few plugins to make hardcore more intense. I saw stuff like player heads, looting dead players Ender Chests, Simple Voice Chat, and deep stat tracking.
People form alliances and grab land and start wars then eventually they die and their stuff gets left behind. Nothing is scripted and it is all made by the players.

FabricCraft is a survival server that stays close to real vanilla because it runs on Fabric. It is semi anarchy so you get a lot of freedom but it still has a few rules.
There are no land claims and there are no world resets so everything you build can stay for the long run. The world ends up feeling player driven with trade and alliances plus rivalries and raids.
It is made for farms and redstone so your builds are supposed to work like you expect. Hacked clients and other advantage mods are not allowed and staff actually moderates. Griefing is banned within 1k of spawn and it is enforced without claims.
