This is an anarchy server called VGFTS that I found and it is totally wild. There are no rules and no limits so people can do whatever they want. You can fight anyone and grief anything and just cause chaos.
The server is really new and only started a few days ago so the world is still fresh. It works on both Java and Bedrock which is nice so more people can join and play together.
There is also a cool discord chat setup so all the messages in game show up in discord and the other way around. It feels like everything is connected and people can talk even when they are not online in Minecraft.
If you like pure anarchy and crazy pvp with no protection this server is exactly that. It feels like a place where anything can happen.

WhimsyWillow SMP is a small semi vanilla server that feels really cozy and friendly. It has amazing terrain generation and more than 100 biomes so there is always something new to explore.
The world is pretty fresh and the border keeps expanding. That means new areas are always opening up and you can go on adventures and find cool places for bases and builds.
There are optional origins so if you want to spice up your playstyle you can. If you do not want that you can still play normal and just hang out with everyone.
The server has rules against griefing and a few extra rules that make it feel like a safe place. You can build and go crazy with your ideas without worrying about people ruining your stuff.
The owners are always adding new content and doing events to keep things interesting and more community based. It feels like a place that keeps growing and changing in a fun way.

New Dawn SMP is a vanilla plus Hermit style survival server that is starting its first season. The server runs on a survival world with minimal plugins so it feels really close to normal Minecraft but with a few helpful tweaks.
The main focus here is building towns megabuilds and big shared projects. Players trade with each other and work on community ideas so the world feels alive. It is the kind of server where people make huge bases and cool farms and also do community storytelling together.

FaithForge Multiverse is a Christ centered Minecraft server that feels like a big friendly neighborhood. It has a positive faith based vibe and everyone is trying to build something cool together.
There are a bunch of different worlds to play in. You can chill in survival or go wild in creative. There is a Redstone flats world for people who love machines. There is an Elite Mobs RPG world with quests dungeons and bosses. You can play Skyblock Adventure or Oneblock if you like island challenges. This server is a pirate themed survival RPG world and it already has cool events. Right now Santa shows up like a pirate on a sketchy wooden boat outside a place called Jothon and he is totally obsessed with cookies.
Players race to bake and collect as many cookies as they can. The three most productive citizens get really good rewards so people are already grinding hard and it feels kind of intense and funny at the same time.
The whole server feels like an up and coming community where the main focus is survival and roleplay with pirate style vibes. Events like this cookie challenge make it feel active and give everyone a reason to log in and compete. If you want a survival RPG server with a silly holiday pirate twist this one is pretty cool.
