PolityCraft is a Minecraft server where the whole world is based on Earth but smaller. I found a newer Towny survival server that started as a streaming server and now it is trying to grow.
It is a no reset world and it feels pretty chill. Griefing and stealing are not allowed. PVP is not a huge focus but people still compete a lot in grinding stuff.
It has in game ranking that uses in game money. It also has a dynmap so you can see the world. There are player warps and player shops plus a sell only server shop. Jobs are on and MCMMO is on too.
It usually has a few players online. When the owner streams on twitch it gets way more active and can hit 12 or more.

I found UltoSMP and it is running on 1.21.11 for Java and Bedrock.

SYFE SMP is a Bedrock SMP that just got relaunched and it is built around fighting and grinding and getting rich. There is a main hub that is a full safezone so you can chill and meet up without getting jumped.
The server has a buy and sell shop with an economy. You can sell the stuff you farm and stack up cash then buy materials and rarer items to keep moving up.
There are mystery crates you can roll with keys you buy using in game money. There are common rare and elite tiers and the elite one can drop the God Spear but it is super low chance.
There is also a big boss called the Underworld King and he is a headless monster in full Netherite. When he spawns the whole server gets an announcement. There is only one God Mace on the entire server and beating him first is how you get it.

LeafLore is a semi vanilla survival server on Paper running 1.21.11 and it started on 26 Jan 2026. It is hosted in Australia and it is trying to feel kind of anarchy but without the nasty chat stuff.
The world is meant to be long term with no planned resets. The terrain and spawn are vanilla so it feels like normal Minecraft not a custom map. There are no ranks and they are not asking for money so it stays fair.
Griefing is allowed but the server still has limits on behavior. No doxxing no abusive speech no spam and no trying to lag or crash the server.
It has a few quality of life commands like kill spawn bed playtime joindate and some player vault storage. Phantoms are on but they will not attack unless you enable hostile phantoms with a toggle command. Ender pearls do not despawn on death and sleep percentage is 10 with a spawn radius of 100.
