Polbloco is a survival server that feels like a full Minecraft world with a lot of stuff to do. It uses SlimeFun so you get a bunch of extra items and machines and new ways to evolve your gameplay. There is also a special mining system called Minetorio that makes mining and automation feel different from normal.

UpfluenceMC is a brand new skyblock server that just opened and it feels really fresh. It is all about starting on your own island and building it up while you level and progress.
The server has dungeons and quests so you are not just sitting on your island all day. You can run through challenges and earn special rewards which makes the gameplay feel more like an adventure.
There is also an economy and jobs system. You can pick different ways to earn money and then use that cash in shops. It feels like everyone can find their own role whether you like grinding or just trading.

This server feels like old school Minecraft and I kind of love it. It is just normal survival and it feels really simple and chill. There is no crazy stuff or weird custom systems. It is mostly just you and the world and what you decide to build.
The whole idea is to be classic and pure. You join a survival SMP and start from nothing. You explore you mine you build and you try to stay alive. It feels like how the game used to be when you first started playing. That makes it feel really comfy.

This server is for people who want survival to actually matter. It is a hardcore SMP with only one life so if you die you get banned. There are no respawns and no second chances.
The world is semi anarchy. PvP is allowed. Raiding is allowed. Griefing is allowed. You can make alliances and you can betray them too. Players control what happens and the whole world is shaped by their choices.
Staff does not step in to stop wars or fights or politics. They do not play favorites or fix outcomes so what happens is really up to the players.

This is a small semi vanilla Minecraft server called Starfare Skyminer. When I joined it felt like a chill place to just play survival and slowly get stronger.
The main idea is to progress through different mines and upgrade your tools. You also get quests to do so it is not just random wandering. It feels more like you always have something to work on.
The server runs on version 1.20.6. It is not online all the time right now so it feels kind of like a cozy world that opens when the owner can host.

This server is called Greatest of Centuries A.D. 1227 and it feels like a big medieval world in Minecraft. It uses a modpack on 1.20.1 that tries to be really accurate to history so it feels like Central Europe in the thirteenth century.
When you join you get a place to roleplay build and fight. There are detailed factions and a roles system so you can pick what kind of person you want to be. You can join different groups and get into dynastic style conflicts kind of like old kingdoms.
Combat on this server is expanded and there are new weapons and armor so fights feel different from normal Minecraft. The map is also made to be accurate to the setting so exploring feels like walking around a medieval region with cities and important places.
The whole vibe is that trade is growing wars are brewing and a great power is rising in the east. People who like history and medieval stuff will probably enjoy this server a lot. It is a good place if you want serious roleplay along with building and fighting in a focused medieval world.
