The Perch is a survival server that tries really hard to feel like a second home and not just another random world. It focuses on what the community wants and stays away from drama and toxic players.
The gameplay is mostly survival and it keeps that normal Minecraft feel. The staff think about how every change will affect players day to day so the server does not get bloated with weird stuff. Farms and redstone builds are made to work like they do in the base game and if you do not like a feature you can turn it off.
There is a ranking system that goes up as you play more so you unlock perks just by spending time on the server. The economy is meant to be fair and balanced and people can run their own shops. There are small gameplay tweaks to make things nicer but it still feels like real survival.

LavaNetwork is a new survival server that is still in beta and it is focused on simple survival play. Right now survival is the only gamemode and the owner is planning more modes later.
The server wants players who like to help test and give ideas. Things are still changing and you can expect balance tweaks and new features while they work on the server.
There is a voting system with a custom vote GUI and vote crates. When you vote you can get useful rewards and you can also unlock special ranks. Supporter and Supporter plus ranks are earned just by voting and being active so you do not need to pay for them.

Luminary Falls is a cozy Minecraft SMP that is made for adults who want a long term world and a calm place to play. It is a whitelist 18 plus server so the community feels mature and welcoming.
The server is survival and feels close to vanilla but it has quality of life plugins and datapacks. These are picked to keep things smooth and fair and not pay to win. There are resource worlds so the main world does not need to reset. That means your builds can last for years.

Foggy Willows is a server for people who want real vanilla Minecraft. It runs on the normal minecraft server jar with no plugins and no datapacks. The gameplay feels like singleplayer but with other people around.
There is no big fancy spawn and no long rule book. You just join and survive. Players are expected to deal with their own social problems and figure things out on their own. You can build what you want and play how you want.
The server runs the latest stable vanilla version. It is self hosted on a machine that was made just for it. There are no donations and no world border.
There is no tp and no sethome so you actually have to travel everywhere. The server is on hard mode so mobs and survival are more challenging. Technical Minecraft players are welcome here because the game is unmodified.

This is a server called Syracuse Nation and it feels pretty chill. It is a survival server but it also has a separate creative world so you can build crazy stuff without worrying about dying.
There is a player economy with shops and an expanding city. You can explore around and there are vehicles to mess with so it feels more like a big world instead of just a spawn. There is a bank to store your valuables so it feels a bit more like a real city.
The server runs on Java 1.21.11 and it has cross play so people on Xbox and PlayStation can join too by using BedrockConnect. There is a hub that lets you move between the city the creative world and the survival world.
They have quests and they are adding more all the time. There is random TPA and even your mount teleports with you which is actually really useful. The server also has proximity chat so talking to people near you feels more real.
The community is friendly and they say it is not pay to win. There are active staff and a discord and the whole server is in active development so new features buildings and systems are getting added. Early players can help shape how the world and community will turn out.
