    I found a brand new whitelisted server running a super cozy modpack that is made for people who like building and cooking and farming and collecting and exploring and having pets.

    It is not about rushing to get strong. The goal is to make a real community with people who actually want to play together.

    The modpack is huge at around 300 mods. It ran on 4GB on their PC but they recommend 6 to 8 if you want shaders and stuff. The server just opened today so it feels like a fresh start and there is a lot to find.

    This is a whitelisted vanilla SMP made for adults who want a calm place to play. The community has been around since 2023 and it just started Season 5 on January 24 2026. Seasons usually run about a year so it is meant for long term players.

    It is for people who do not have a lot of time and do not care about grinding or speedrunning. The vibe is cozy and relaxed so you can build a house and chill without worrying about griefers thieves or cheaters.

    The server is properly moderated and they try to keep drama away. The goal is for people to know each other and actually play together instead of everyone running off alone.

    Java and Bedrock are both supported and it is 18+ only.

    Chilltown is a long running Survival SMP that is all about calm gameplay and a true vanilla feel without the chaos. It has been running since 2019 and the current world has grown naturally over time.

    Players build towns farms and big projects and it feels like a place where people actually stick around. The community is described as respectful and mostly adult and it is aimed at players who want to play at their own pace.

    The world is a beautiful custom world and seasons change how it looks. There are also custom mobs and custom weapons tools and enchants but they are meant to be balanced. Land claiming is simple with a chunk based system.

    You can get a starter kit daily rewards and an optional tutorial to help you settle in even if you are playing solo. The server runs on Java 1.21.11.

    This is a pure vanilla survival anarchy world with an ocean spawn so you start by swimming or boating until you finally find land. It feels like an adventure right away.

    The world is really old and first generated in 2011 so you can run into weird ancient terrain and lots of ruins. Newer terrain exists too but you might have to travel far to see it.

    The server runs the latest Minecraft snapshot so new stuff shows up fast. Gameplay is not changed by plugins or mods and extra features are done through a custom chat bot with commands like home and tpa and spawn. There are also some goofy commands people mess with.

    There is a self regenerating spleef arena in the End and player and mob heads can sometimes drop from fights. The community is small and mostly long time friends and they want more people who like classic vanilla.

    There are only two rules which are be respectful and do not try to crash the server. Everything else is pretty much allowed like griefing and hacked clients. Most players are mid twenties or older and a lot are from the US with some other languages too.

    The community is welcoming and inclusive and it feels like a good place to meet new people. The owners are engaged and they actually play too while also keeping things updated and managed.

    Gameplay stays close to vanilla with a few quality of life add ons like voice chat mob and player heads bedrock compatibility and a live map. There is also a diamond economy with player run shops so people can buy and sell goods and services.
