Otherworld 1.20 Modded RPG Adventure
This is a modded Minecraft 1.20 server called Otherworld and it is built for stable play with a real progression feel. It runs on dedicated hardware in Europe and it also uses a proxy tunnel through Germany to help players from far away get better ping.
The server has RP Enhanced and extra mods like Lootr and Voice Chat. Teleports are restricted so you are pushed to travel using spells waystones and elytras. You start with free waystones and you can also get free bandage kits every 12 hours.
It leans hard into fantasy stuff with races and classes plus RPG leveling. The world has fantasy worldgen and biomes and you can run into things like orcs goblins and dragons. It also includes Minecolonies with the Byzantine Styles Pack and Immersive Quests.

I found a Bedrock server on v1.26 that is run by the owner. It is just basic Minecraft and it is for people who like vanilla survival.
There is no fancy spawn and nothing extra added. You just join and play like normal.

Rattata SMP is a mature community survival server that tries to stay as close to vanilla as possible. It runs on Paper and it lets both Java and Bedrock players play together.
The rules are simple and it is mostly just do not grief and use common sense. There is no teleporting and nothing weird like changed loot tables or custom world generation. It is just basic vanilla survival with other people.

Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy survival server that tries to feel like real Vanilla Minecraft. It started on October 11th 2024 and it is hosted in New York City.
The world is meant to last with no map resets and a huge border set to 2 million blocks. PvP and griefing are allowed and there is no pay to win. There is no teleporting and the only non vanilla thing is a spawn command so far out players can get back to civilization.
You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 to 1.21.11 and they recommend 1.21.10. Nether roof access is allowed phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
