Parker’s Basement is a small survival multiplayer server that runs on Minecraft 1.21 and up. It feels like a chill semi vanilla world where people just want to build and hang out without a ton of crazy plugins.
The server has a small world border so players run into each other more and it actually feels like a community world. You can grind and build and vibe but it is not full of sweaty players trying to speed run everything.
It is whitelist only so random griefers and trolls do not really show up. The community is 13 and older so the vibe is more relaxed and there is less drama.
Gameplay is simple survival with some quality of life tweaks. There is no griefing allowed and PvP only happens if both players agree so you do not get randomly killed while you build.

This is a town on EarthMC called Belmora and it is in the Australia area. People say it feels really realistic because Australia has giant spiders and Minecraft does too.
You can join the town and help it grow. The leader likes when new people get recruited. If you join and say someone recruited you they get some gold for it.
If you want a town that jokes about big spiders and feels a bit like Australia this place is pretty funny and chill.

This is a hardcore plus survival server that feels almost like classic vanilla but with a twist. Every time you die you lose one heart and you can go all the way down to three hearts. To get your hearts back you have to craft a heart crystal using an echo shard and a diamond block. This can even push you over the normal ten hearts and up to twenty hearts but the extra hearts are temporary and get removed when you take damage.
The world has real danger because there are no teleport commands and all block damage is enabled like fire spread and creeper explosions. Stealing and griefing are not allowed though so it is not an anarchy server. You still have to respect other players builds and items.
The server started as a close knit vanilla SMP community that has been around for years and players sometimes compare it to hermitcraft. There are regular events every weekend and mayor elections every month so the world feels alive. There is also an optional cozy modded server and another hardcore server you can try if you want more.
It runs on a dedicated machine with no lag and it has vanilla gameplay with some quality of life plugins like stats leaderboards sleep tweaks heads and armor stand tools. There is an active discord and text chat connects between discord and the game. There is also optional proximity voice chat if you want to talk to people nearby in game. The map was reset on August 10th 2025 so the world is still fresh.

Rattata SMP is a survival server that really tries to stay close to vanilla. It runs on paper and lets both java and bedrock players join so more people can play together.
The server is made for a mature 18 plus community. It was started by a group of friends who wanted a simple place to chill and build. The rules are basically do not grief and use common sense so it feels relaxed but still safe.
The gameplay is on hard difficulty and there is no teleport system. Loot tables are not changed and the world generation is the normal vanilla kind. It is just basic Minecraft survival without weird extras.
There is a live map so you can see the world from a browser. Only 33 percent of players online need to sleep to skip the night which helps on a busy server. There is a whitelist so you have to apply before joining. There is also a simple voice mod that is optional if you like talking while you play.
Overall it feels like a calm adult server where people want to enjoy vanilla survival together and slowly build a community.

This server is called Bone Voyage and it has a special community build world. The community world is totally separate from the other worlds so your progress and items do not mix. In this world players are in creative mode so you can just build as much as you want.
To build here you need the Trusted role. You join their discord and make a simple application in the trusted channel. When staff approve you they give you the rank in game and then you can go through a portal at spawn into the community world.
Building in this world is mostly unrestricted. They only use flags to stop griefing stuff like TNT and similar things. You can build alone or with friends and the server plans building events where everyone works together on cool projects.
When a build or a part of a build is finished the staff use worldguard to protect it. That way nobody can ever mess it up. If you are doing a solo project they will protect that too once you are done.
It feels like a place for people who really like building and want a safe creative world with staff watching over it.
