Earth heart: Strikes a lightning that does damage and heals you if you are in the overworld
Strength heart: you will get strength 3 for 10 seconds. If you were looking at a player, the player will get weakness 2 for 5 seconds. Completely weakening their damage.
Health Heart: you get a additional heart temporarily depending on your energy and heal.
