It uses mcMMO for skill grinding and it has a player economy with no shops and no server currency so players decide what stuff is worth. There are player vaults for extra storage and a server map you can view online.
PvP is off by default but you can toggle it if you want to fight with friends. The server also runs anti cheat and staff get alerted when it triggers.
