This server is called InstaCraft and it is on Season 4. The whole world and economy just got reset so everyone starts at the same time. It feels like a classic survival world that is meant to last a long time.
It runs survival with a player run economy. People can make shops trade with each other and use an auction house. The server has quality of life stuff like teleporting back after you die multiplayer sleep and silk spawners but it still feels like normal Minecraft and not some crazy modpack.
The community is pretty chill and it is focused on PVE. You can play solo or with other people and it is not super sweaty or toxic. There is no griefing or stealing allowed and they use anti cheat and anti grief plugins so players who try to ruin things do not last.
The server has been running for over four years so it does not feel like one of those servers that disappears after a week. They also have a live map where you can watch the world grow over time.
If you like long term survival building and a fair server with no pay to win this one fits that style.

This is a bedrock survival realm called ActionStuff Survival Realm. It is a simple place where you can just join and play.
From what I can see it is focused on survival. You join the realm and start your own adventure. There is also a discord for people who want to talk more and hang out.
If you want a normal survival realm on bedrock and just want to hop in and play this one seems like that kind of server.

This server feels like you just crashed into a broken world and now you have to figure out what happens next. It is called CollideCraft Time Zero and it is a semi vanilla SMP with some light lore and an active community.
The world has this whole rift event theme going on so it is not really a fresh start. It feels like you dropped into the middle of a story and now you have to survive it.
There are plugins that the players chose themselves so the gameplay feels more like what the community actually wants. There are factions so you can team up or go against other groups.
The server uses proximity chat so talking in game feels way more real. There are also frequent events so things stay interesting and not just basic survival.
It works for both Bedrock and Java and they made it feel seamless so different versions can play together without it being weird.
There is more stuff hidden under the surface but a lot of it you just have to discover by playing.

This is a hardcore vanilla SMP that is still pretty new and that makes it feel fresh. It runs on hardcore difficulty so every time you die it really matters.
You only get a limited number of lives before you are banned for the whole season. Each time you get banned it lasts longer until you finally get a permanent ban for that season. So you need to actually think before you jump into fights.
When you first join you get some starter tools and also invisibility and regeneration. This helps you get away from the spawn area fast and avoids spawn killing. They said spawn killing almost never happens but they still protect you just in case.
The server is up 24 7 and it is run as a free community server. There are no ranks and no pay to win stuff. It is on Minecraft version 1.21.11 and Bedrock 1.21.131 so you know exactly what to use.
Overall it feels like a fair but punishing place where every life counts and the community is focused on survival instead of buying advantages.

This is a classic style prison server with no crazy enchantments and no wild particles everywhere. It just feels like old school prison and it is based on the well known TitanMC from around 2014.
The whole server is built around grinding and ranking up in a balanced way. There are 100 prestiges and the first prestige even gives you your own ward with a private cell block and a private mine. Some prestige milestones give rewards that can be even better than the store ranks.
There is also a token shop that uses a currency you can only earn by playing. You cannot buy these tokens. The token shop has everything in the store plus some extra items so people who do not want to spend money can still get good stuff. None of the crates are pay to win either.
It runs on versions from 1.19.4 up to the latest so it works for most players. The whole setup is made to give different kinds of players a fair chance whether they spend money or just grind the game.
