I found a Java server on 1.21.11 that just started a brand new season so everything feels fresh and busy. People are already making bases exploring nearby land and grinding resources.
The world starts with a small 1000×1000 border so everyone is close and you can reach other bases fast. The border expands each week so the map opens up over time.
The End is locked until week 3 and then the whole server does a big battle and goes to the End cities together. The rules are simple no griefing no stealing and no killing.

Phantoms are turned off and there is a one person sleep option. There is also a PvP toggle so you can choose if you want that. Some mobs have anti grief changes too.
They have anti grief protections and rollbacks in case something bad happens. Keep inventory is on in the nether and the end.
There are some add ons like Simple Voicechat and a live map plus elytra trims and a deathcount. Player and mob head drops are included. Voice chat and elytra trims are optional if you want to use them.
