I found a Java server that is going for true survival and it tries to make Minecraft feel more natural.
It has basically no structures and you are not supposed to do farms or heal zombie villagers so progress stays slow and simple.
The world starts at UTC feb 3rd at 8:00am and it runs on 1.21.11.
Griefing is not allowed and killing is not allowed unless the other person says it is ok.
Spawn is a nice plains and it is surrounded by forest savanna and jungle biomes plus a big mountain.

I found a new Towny survival server called GamerHub Towny and it started out for streaming but now it is trying to grow bigger.
It feels pretty chill and griefing is not allowed and stealing is not allowed. The community is welcoming and ready to help new players and a lot of players are in Oceania.
It has ingame ranking with ingame money. It also has a dynmap plus player warps and player shops. There is a sell only server shop too and you can do jobs and use MCMMO.
It usually has a few players on and it gets most active during Twitch streams and can hit 6 or more online. It supports version 1.21.10 or similar.

MyChunk is a creative server made for builders who want a clean and stable place to work. It is focused on architects and people who like serious builds.
Everyone starts with WorldEdit for free so you can build fast without any paywall stuff. The server also uses a MyWorld system so you get your own personal space and you can decide who can enter and who can help.
Protection is a big deal here so your builds stay safe unless you allow someone. The server is for 1.21+ and it is meant to be online 24/7 with a friendly and mature community.

Atlas is a huge earth server on a 1:500 scale map and it is all about geopolitics. You can be a fighter who tries to control a continent or you can focus on trade and build up power that way.
Players can create nations by claiming a real life city or town then expanding out to take more land. Getting more people into your nation lets you claim more chunks so recruiting matters a lot.
Wars are a big deal here. You can declare war for land riches or just to be known. The beta is open right now and only a few nations exist so it feels like a fresh start. The server uses high end hosting to help keep lag down.

I found a new server that is built around a mining mini game. Each round gives you 7 minutes to mine as much as you can.
Different ores give different scores so you have to think fast while you dig. There are also different variants of the game so it does not feel the same every time.
The owner just started and is also learning plugin development. It feels like an early project that wants to grow into a full server later.
