So I found this new server called GeoSMP and it is a vanilla Earth style world. It is really new and the owners worked super hard on it so it feels really balanced and fun.
Right now they just want more players of all ages to join and help grow the community. It is a nice place if you want a fresh start on a server that could turn into something big.
There are no crazy extra features. It is mainly simple vanilla gameplay on an Earth map so you can just play and relax and slowly build up with other people.

This server is called Mythrodite Echoes Of Eternity and it feels like a big fantasy RPG inside Minecraft. It runs on version 1.21.4 and up and it is all done without mods so you can just join and play.
You pick from more than eight different races and each race has its own story and strengths. Then you choose from over fifty classes and each class has its own abilities and playstyle so your build actually matters in fights and duels.
There are over fifty custom dungeons to explore and each one has its own boss and special loot. Some artifacts are really strong and can change how the world feels for you and your friends.
You can do quests from NPCs and learn old lore and stories. You can also make your own town and even become the mayor and lead people in battles for land and power.
There are special enchantments that are not normal Minecraft ones and they are based on elements. You can also follow one of more than seven gods and get rewards for your faith but you can also make them mad.
Building is a huge thing here because there is no build limit. Players can make castles temples and big cities and the world keeps growing with what everyone builds and the stories they make together.

TownThrive SMP is a survival server where players are pushed to talk to each other and make towns and even nations. It feels like a big world that grows over time instead of a quick play and quit server.
The server uses towns and nations plugins plus SquareMap so it is easy to see land and plan builds and wars. Movecraft and cannons are on the server so there are moving ships and big battles. There is also a brewery plugin so people can make drinks and run taverns.

CaveMC is a really wild survival server that is completely underground. There is no surface at all and the whole overworld is just caves with custom generation made by real Minecraft developers. Everywhere you go you are in caves with different biomes resources and structures.
The server is semi anarchy so survival is super brutal and only smart players last very long. It feels like enhanced vanilla so it is still Minecraft but turned up way harder. There are no easy safe zones and you have to fight and explore if you want to get good stuff.
Season 2 adds a huge new thing called the Wasteland Dimension. It is a whole new place to explore with exclusive gear that changes how combat and survival works. There are giant mega structures hiding secrets and loot. The Wasteland even has its own special currency and a new kind of economy so trading there actually matters.
There is also a new spawn that fits the Wasteland theme and the dimension uses a custom generated map with special features. It looks different and also plays different from normal Minecraft worlds.
