This is a server that has been running for over 10 years with the same world. There are no resets so everything you build is meant to stay. It feels like a place where your time actually matters because your base farms and progress do not get wiped.

Chilltown is a survival SMP that has been running for a long time. It feels super calm and it really tries to stay close to vanilla Minecraft without turning into chaos.
The server world has been around since 2019 and the current world has grown slowly over time. Players have built towns farms and projects so it feels like a real lived in place and not some brand new reset map.
Chilltown is for people who like to play survival at their own pace. The community is mostly adults and people are respectful. It is not pay to win and they do not reset the world all the time so you can build something big and know it will actually stay.

This is a long term Minecraft survival world that is built around trust and kindness. The whole server feels really calm and relaxed. People do not yell in chat and they do not act crazy all the time.
It is vanilla survival so there are no special plugins to claim land or lock chests. Everyone plays fair and griefing and stealing are not allowed. The staff actually pay attention so the rules stay real.
There is no monetization at all. No donations no paid perks and no pay to win stuff. Everyone plays on the same level and just focuses on building and surviving.

I found this ATM10 server called Iperios and it is all about building nations. Players can make their own nation and pick how it is run. You can set up your own government and your own laws and your own ranks.
If you do not want to start from nothing you can just join a nation that already exists. Staff help new players when they join and they give a beginner kit so you are not stuck at the start. The server uses the All the Mods 10 modpack version 5.4 so you need that installed to play.
The server is whitelist so you have to join first and get accepted. After that staff guide you and explain how things work. The whole place feels like it is built around roleplay with rules and nations instead of just random chaos.

The Perch is a survival SMP that really tries to feel like a second home instead of just another random server. The staff focus a lot on what the community wants and they work to keep things calm and free of drama.
The gameplay is survival focused and the world does not reset so it feels long term. The server has a ranking system that levels you up based on how long you play so you unlock perks just by spending time on the server.
