This is a classic style prison server that feels like the old days. It is not some crazy OP place. You start with simple tools and leather armor and you have to work for everything you get.
You rank up through the prison by grinding and mining. You have to smelt your ores yourself and then walk through pvp areas to get to the commissary to sell them. There is no instant sell so it feels risky and tense.
There are guards that help new players but they also enforce the rules. Swords and potions and some plants are illegal. If a guard sees you with contraband they can pvp you and even send you to solitary confinement for bad behavior.
You can rent a prison cell or a plot. In those places you can store items grow the special illegal plants or build and make your own shop to sell stuff to other players.
There are quests to do for extra money or special items. You can also fish with custom fishing and use bounties if you have enemies. There is an auction house to trade and parkour challenges scattered around the prison.
If you rank high enough you can prestige for special rewards. You can even become a parolee and leave the prison to build a farm and make more money. The whole server is about grinding pvp and community like old 2014 prison servers.

GlowySMP is a new semi vanilla SMP that feels really cozy and relaxed. It is a whitelist server so people actually want to be there and play nice. Griefing is not allowed so your builds and chests are safe.
The server has an economy so you can earn money and spend it on cool stuff. There are player warps and player shops so you can make your own place and invite people to buy things. There are jobs you can do and special fishing and other things to help you make money.
You can claim your land so random people cannot wreck your base. There is a resource world for mining and gathering so the main world stays pretty. There is a PvP toggle so you only fight when you actually want to. There are mobcatchers crates and ranks and community events so there is always something to do.

Nations of The Void is a modded Minecraft server that is starting in a few days. It looks like a mix of heavy tech and magic and ships and guns.
The server has Gregtech so progress is not instant. You have to actually work for your machines. It also has Create so you can build cool factories and contraptions. There are ships with Valkyrien Skies and Eureka Ships so you can make moving vehicles in the sky or on the sea.
There is Clockwork and also Breaking Bad themed content plus guns with Tacz and Scorched Guns so the combat is not just swords. For peaceful stuff there is Vinery and Farmers Delight so you can farm and cook and make nicer food.
Magic players get Goety and big fights with Cataclysm so there are powerful bosses to defeat. The server also uses Kubejs so a lot of things can be customized and tweaked.
The server is not open yet but it is starting soon so people can join at the beginning and grow together. It feels like a place for players who like complex mods and crazy builds and also some combat and adventure.

Forgecraft MC is a Minecraft server that tries to feel like the Forge game from Roblox but inside Minecraft. The whole server is made to make mining fun and satisfying.
On here you can forge armor and weapons and there are over one thousand different variations to go for. So you can grind for gear and try new setups and it feels really cool when you finish making something strong.
The server uses custom plugins custom textures and a custom map. There are only two developers working on all of this so you can tell a lot of effort goes into every update and feature.
