RedLine Season 2 is a semi anarchy survival server that just reopened with a full reset. It runs on 1.21.11 and it is built for people who like real risk and real fights.
The world border is 12k by 12k. Griefing stealing killing and prisoning are allowed. Hacking duping and exploiting are not allowed to a point and they explain more in the server.
There are no easy commands like sethome ah or claim so you have to travel and protect your stuff the hard way. There is no pay to win but you can buy cosmetic tiers.
The server has a RedLine System where you can collect special weapons like maces swords and axes with names and skins if you use their custom resource pack. Each set has one of each weapon so people race to craft them.

I found a vanilla Minecraft SMP that started a few days ago and it already has a solid playerbase. The world is meant to be permanent so you can build big stuff and keep it there.
Most people are in their 20s and everyone seems pretty chill. The staff also wants to run small events like civilization and some modded and unmodded events besides the main vanilla world.

I found this server that is all about real resource limits so the economy actually matters. It feels more natural and you are supposed to think about what gets mined and who controls it.
People can lean into different roles like running underground production and big building projects. You can also focus on the combat supply chain with weapons and armor or go for the underworld route and control the healing economy.
