LuckyGem is a 1.21.11 vanilla survival SMP that just started a new map so everyone is kind of at the same point.
It is whitelisted so you have to apply to get in. It supports Java and Bedrock cross play so more people can join.
The server keeps the vanilla feel but adds some QOL plugins. It also has Simple VC for voice chat.

This is a semi vanilla Minecraft server that is starting soon. It uses a few mods but they are meant to not change the gameplay too much.
The main thing is there are 5 kingdoms or nations or factions. Each one is led by a very small content creator that got picked. Other players can join one of the kingdoms and play as a group.

New Horizons is a chill SMP that tries to stay close to vanilla and avoids pay to win stuff. It uses quality of life plugins so survival feels better but still normal.
The world has Terralith generation so you can find exciting new biomes. It also has Better Structures on the surface and underground so exploring stays interesting.
The server supports both Java and Bedrock players. It has an online interactive map and it pre generates chunks with Chunky to keep gameplay smooth.

Lumoria is a chill Java 1.20.1 Fabric SMP run by a couple friends who want more people to play with.
The mod list is curated and it adds new monsters plus weapons armor mounts resources furniture cosmetics and more. Setup is meant to be easy.
The vibe is exploration building and discovering stuff together so the world feels lived in. It is not sweaty and not competitive.
