Invictus SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that has been running since 2020 and it is now in season 11. It is a hard mode world and it feels like normal Minecraft but with some helpful tweaks and custom plugins that do not make it feel bloated.
The server has very high uptime on a dedicated host so it is pretty stable. There is a live web map and player stats so you can see how the world changes over time and check how you are doing compared to other players. There are quality of life features like vanilla style tweaks plus lockable chests chairs sitting and some extra fun things like a brewery system and fishing competitions.
Invictus runs on seasons that last around 6 to 8 months and the world gets reset each season so everyone gets a fresh start. There is also a world border that expands and the next expansion is planned for next week so it is a good time to join in.
The community is aimed at players who are over 18 or at least act mature. They do not want people using hacks x ray baritone or exploits and they expect everyone to follow the server rules. The general vibe is chill and friendly and they want players who just want to relax and have fun on a survival multiplayer world with an active community.
This is a semi vanilla SMP called Vanillacraft and it feels like old school Minecraft with other people.
The server tries to stay really simple. There are no GUI shops or big economy plugins and there is not even land protection. Instead they use Coreprotect and active staff to stop griefing. Players can build wherever they want and it stays safe.
The economy is run by players. There is a market area and player shops where you can buy and sell stuff if you want a head start. There is also a community spawn with farms and useful things that everyone can use.
There are no teleport commands here. People travel through the nether roof or use elytra to move around so exploring and making routes actually matters.
There are no pay to win ranks and there is not even a server store. The community is friendly and welcoming and the same people log in a lot so it feels like a loyal group instead of a giant random server.
This server is really weird because items are not dropping at all. When you break stuff it just vanishes and it makes the game feel super hard.
From what I can see it is running Paper and only has a few plugins. It feels kind of like a test world where the owner is trying to figure out what is wrong.
If you like strange problems and trying to fix them this server is actually kind of interesting. You have to think about every block you break and you might need to help the owner find what is going on.
It is not a normal survival server but more like a challenge where you deal with no item drops and try to survive anyway.
LegionCraft is a semi vanilla OneBlock survival server where you start on a tiny island and slowly build it up. Every block you break matters and it feels like real progression as your island grows.
The server has challenging bosses that drop keys so you can open crates for rare loot. There are custom enchants and custom spawners so you can set up farms and make your gear stronger. The OneBlock islands are custom made so the grind feels fresh and not boring.
It is not pay to win so you actually have to play to get good stuff. The server supports both Java and Bedrock and it runs on version 1.21.11 so it feels up to date.
Overall it feels like a place where you grind hard fight bosses and flex your island to everyone around you.
Romulus The Revival is a small survival server that feels like a chill hangout with friends. It is about simple survival and talking while you build up a little civilization together.
The server uses some plugins and datapacks but they are not crazy and they do not ruin normal gameplay. It still feels like regular Minecraft just a bit smoother.
The community is meant to be relaxed and friendly. People are supposed to stay calm and not start drama or fights. The staff is active and they try to be fair with how they handle stuff.
There are rules to keep things peaceful. You must stay active or you can get kicked for being gone too long. You cannot steal and if someone catches you they are allowed to kill you. You are not allowed to kill players unless you are forced to. You cannot grief bases or builds. You must respect other players and stop if they say they do not want you doing something.
Cheating is not allowed at all. That means no unfair texture packs no cheat mods and no hacked clients. If you are not sure if something is allowed you are supposed to ask the staff first.
You have to get whitelisted before you can join so people who get in are meant to be active and dedicated members.
