I found a Java SMP that is modded and looking for more members who will actually stick around. It sounds like the main goal is to play survival and just hang out together.
The server runs Fabric 1.20.1 and it has mods like Create Farmers Delight Backpacks Naturalist Small Ships and Immersive Aircraft plus a few others. So you can do building and farming and exploring and also mess with machines and vehicles.

The big thing is lifesteal. If you kill players you gain hearts and if you die you lose hearts. If you run out of hearts you get banned. New players get a 1 hour grace period so they will not lose hearts.
PvP is taken seriously. Commands are blocked during fights and combat logging gets punished. If someone logs out in combat they get replaced by a killable NPC that can drop all their items.
There are also simple quality of life commands like homes and teleport requests. Night can be vote skipped with a chat command.
The server tracks playtime kills and deaths and gives rewards at milestones. There is an in game shop where vote tokens can be used for custom name colours and custom MOTDs. Toms3 is a cracked anarchy server that is trying to be stable and not random like a lot of anarchy servers. It is inspired by 2b2t and Hisparquia and it came back with a brand new world after being gone for years.
It is basically no rules and no admins and no bans or shadowbans. You can cheat and grief and fight and do whatever you want. Just do not expect it to be friendly for new players.
The gameplay is near vanilla and it avoids weird commands so there is no tpa and no home. It also has a separate authentication server. There is anti cheat like 2b2t and it blocks stuff like Flight ElytraFly Timer and other movement advantages even though some bypasses can happen.
