The Block Academy is a modded creative multiplayer place where everyone gets creative powers and a huge stack of building tools. It is mostly about making cool builds and decorating hard with lots of block options.
It runs a custom modpack with 189 mods. You get tons of block variants plus building parts furniture painting stuff and more. It also has proximity voice chat so you can talk to people near you while you build.
There is a mod that lets you stream your webcam or screen onto blocks in game which is wild for classes and hangouts. The world follows real life seasons too so winter outside means snow in game.
If you like making videos it has replay and camera tools for recording. You can also check the world with a live browser map. Builds can be protected with land claims so only you can build in your claimed area.
They also do classes workshops and open mic nights. Season 1 runs from January 1 to December 31 2026 and the server stays online all year. When the season ends the world map gets released open source so the community can keep it.
