Misted Lands is a new Minecraft roleplay server that feels like a dark story you play inside.
The world has a sad lore about a healer named Anya and her father Yosif and now the land is sealed by magic and filled with undead monsters. Nights are really dangerous and the world always feels tense and spooky.
The server uses RPG mechanics like classes and leveling. There are also quality of life mods that make travel map crafting farming and building feel smoother and more fun.
This is a roleplay server but it is pretty relaxed. You can talk in character or out of character. You can use voice chat or just text chat and you are not forced to stay in character all the time.
The team running it is very small and the project is just starting so the community feels tiny and personal. Players can help shape the lore and the future of the world by how they play and interact.

Pickmc Semi Vanilla Anarchy PvP
Pickmc is a semi vanilla survival server with a semi anarchy vibe and a lot of player vs player action. It is inspired by StrengthSMP so it uses a plugin with classes and buffs.
The world is meant to stay around since there are no resets. There are also no claims so people can build trade or set traps and you can expect player drama.
It runs on Purpur and it is built to allow most farms and redstone compared to a lot of other servers. Hacked clients and mods that give unfair advantages are not allowed. The Pen is a classic prison server that is trying to feel like the older days. It is barebones and grindy and you do not start out rich. You begin with basic tools and leather armor and you work your way up.
The main loop is mining then smelting your ores then moving through PVP zones to sell at the Commissary. It is not an instasell kind of place and you are expected to fight for your progress sometimes.
There are ranks from A through H then Parolee then Citizen. Once you hit the top you can prestige for special rewards. You can also do quests for extra cash or special items.
Guards are a real part of the server. They help protect new players and enforce contraband. Swords and potions are illegal and guards will PVP you if they catch you with them. If you act up you can even end up in solitary confinement.
Making money is not just mining. There is custom fishing and you can rent a cell or a plot to store stuff build and run a shop. There are special custom plants that are illegal in the prison and you can grow them for profit if you do not get caught. I found a semi vanilla PvP server that is inspired by StrengthSMP. The main idea is you get stronger when you kill players so fights keep getting more intense.
If you drop all the way to minus 10 strength you get eliminated and banned. There is also a revive beacon so other players can bring you back and unban you.
It has a custom spawn and a custom nether portal area. The worldborder is huge at 100k by 100k so there is lots of room to play.
The server is planned to launch on 30.01 if enough players join. The host setup says 24GB RAM and an 8 core 16 thread CPU at 4.60 GHz. They also want to run fun events once the server has enough people.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IPTwo Modded Servers Host Experiment
I found a pair of modded servers that are running as a little host experiment. Both servers have the same specs and they are both in US West. They run on Ryzen 9900X or equivalent CPUs with 16GB RAM each and 32 slots. The worlds are pregenerated out to around 10k blocks in every direction.
There are two choices to play on. One server is All The Mods 10 on modpack version v5.4. The other server is Homestead A Cozy Survival Experience on modpack version v1.2.9.4.
There is no whitelist so you can just join. The area around spawn is claimed by the server to help stop big griefs. This experiment is planned to run about 2 months then the servers might close unless people really want them to stay. Golden Nations is a semi vanilla server that is all about geopolitics and players running the world. People make nations and leaders can set rules like constitutions then they try to survive with diplomacy or war.
The economy is player driven so trading and control of resources really matters. Players can sell basic stuff like food crops and ores but the rest depends on what players make and trade.
War is serious here. If you die in an official war you get banned for 24 hours and your character resets. That makes every fight feel risky and nations have to plan.
The world is tight at 5000 by 5000 so neighbors will run into each other fast. There are no elytras and no villagers so travel is slower and you cannot just farm infinite trades. Fishing has custom loot too so it can actually change what a nation can get.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IP
