MinedHype is a public survival SMP that has been running for years and it feels really stable and long term. It is mostly vanilla Minecraft and it is on version 1.21.10 so it feels up to date.
There is no whitelist and no pay to win stuff so everyone starts the same. There is also no money plugin so trading and shops feel more natural. You can claim land for grief protection and the server uses CoreProtect so they can check what happened if something goes wrong. Grief is allowed only if a place is not claimed so if you protect your base you should be safe.
The world is huge and there is no world border. The overworld and nether are long term and not planned to reset so you can build big projects without worrying they will get wiped. New players get spawned randomly in a big area and you can also use rtp to teleport far away and then set your home in a comfy spot.
There is a web map so you can see the world from your browser. There is also a public shopping district and anyone can try to get a shop there by using the in game command. The server runs free events with prizes so players have stuff to do together.
Chat reports are disabled and the same owner has run the server for about six years with a lot of unique players so it feels like a steady and chill community SMP.

SmokeyMC is a towny style SMP where you can start your own town or join someone elses town. Some towns are peaceful and chill and some towns like to go to war so you can pick what you want.
The server has playtime based ranks and jobs so you feel like you are always progressing. There is MCMMO too so your skills level up while you play and it makes basic stuff feel way cooler.

Turnabout is a semi vanilla survival server that is made for players who want to chill and make friends while they play. It is a whitelisted Java server for people who are 18 or older so the community feels more mature and relaxed.
The server is in season 2 right now with a fresh world that started about a month ago. New players and old players can explore and build together without feeling super far behind.
