MinecraftOffline is a wild anarchy server where the world never resets. What you build or destroy can stay there for a really long time. There are no hints about rules so it feels like anything goes and you have to watch your back all the time.
The server runs version 1.21.11 and it has custom written plugins. These are made just for this server so the gameplay feels different from normal vanilla. It is not a tiny home host either. It uses an Intel Xeon E 2276G processor, two NVMe SSD drives with a lot of space, 64GB of DDR4 ECC RAM and a fast 1 Gbit network.
The server is based in Finland so it is really good for European players who want low ping and smooth combat. Since the world is permanent you can dig deep, explore far and set up bases or traps knowing they will not just disappear in some reset.

This server is called Cobble and Commons and it is a survival multiplayer world that really wants to be all about the community. It is in beta and players are helping shape how everything works.
Right now they are running a Winter event. You can play to earn Christmas themed tools and some pets and other rewards just by joining and taking part in the event.
The server has a player driven economy. You can use a jobs plugin to make money and then use a shopkeepers plugin to set up your own stores and help build a full market run by players.
There is also an objective based rank system. You do tasks and objectives to rank up and every new rank gives you new rewards and features so your playtime actually feels like progress.
You can get custom items and cosmetics by just playing or by buying them with in game money from other players. There are no real money purchases at all.
The owner promises the server will be free forever with no paid ranks no donation goals and no pay to win stuff. The server is self hosted so it is not going to vanish because of money or low player count.
They support both Java and Bedrock so people on different platforms can still play together.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla survival server on Java that feels like a small friendly neighborhood. It is a whitelisted place so the players are picked a bit more carefully and it helps keep everything respectful and calm.
The server is always updated to the newest version so right now it is running 1.21.11 with all the latest features. People on here like to build and explore and they work together on big community projects. It feels like a group of friends even if everyone is from different countries.
There is grief protection because they use a tool called Ledger to check what happened if something gets broken or stolen. That makes it safer to build and actually care about your base without worrying all the time.
The server also has BlueMap so you can see the world on an interactive map while you play. It has Simple VoiceChat to talk in game and AudioPlayer for custom audio. There is a custom resource pack with special cosmetics trophies and event rewards that fit a HermitCraft inspired theme.

Cozyvale is a small vanilla style survival server for players who are 18 or older. It is run by a group of friends and feels like a chill place to just hang out and play Minecraft together.
The server is basically vanilla but has some simple quality of life tweaks. Only half the players online need to sleep to skip the night. Leaves disappear faster after you cut trees. There is a simple voice mod so people can actually talk while they play. There is also a dynmap so you can see the world from your browser.
You can re dye blocks that are already dyed. Players and mobs can drop their heads. You can use cauldrons to make concrete. Mob grief is reduced so your builds feel a little safer.
There are no teleports and there is no pay to win stuff. The server is meant to feel fair and cozy. If you want a relaxed adult community with a vanilla feel and some small helpful features this server is made for that.

Shadow MC is a new semi vanilla SMP that is made for people who like a more chill survival world. It has custom biomes and structures so exploring the world actually feels different and fun.
The server is cross platform so both Java and Bedrock players can join and play together. There are some quality of life plugins that make things smoother but it still keeps a survival feeling.
The Nether is open so you can travel fast and farm stuff but the End is closed right now. TNT duping is turned off and mob griefing like creeper explosions is disabled so your builds are safer.
The community is described as friendly and welcoming and there are frequent events. It feels like a place where you can just join and slowly build with other players and not worry too much about your stuff getting ruined.
