World age: 6 weeks
Full year cycle on the server with Winter making it hard to grow crops and breed animals and Summer causing the opposite.
Enchanced combat system
Killing mobs grants xp seperate from enchanting exp under 3 seperate
talent trees Mining/Combat/Sins (Close to Path of exile style talent tree)
Each giving you benefical bonuses in certain tasks

Skill potions
Everyone who joins the server gets a fresh ability (ability bottle) its random and you either get lucky or not, there are 30 different skills to learn & each time a player kills another player the dead player will drop
1 of their skills which can be picked up.
7 out of 30 the abilities include:
Power Stare: Push away entities you’re looking at
Magnetize: Attract nearby items
Speed: Walk faster
Haste: Mine faster
Strength: Inflict more damage when attacking
Jump Boost: Jump Higher
Regeneration: Regenerate health faster
Enchanced celestials
3 different moon cycles "Blood moon" – harder monsters "Harvest moon" – crop and animal harvesting buffs and "Blue Moon" Luck & looting buffs
Gravestones with keys that guide you to your last death point
Leveling system for agressive/passive mobs

The further you are from spawn the higher level monsters you will be able to find
Levels give them extra hearts/stronger hits/more armor & killing them yields more experience compared to what you would get from lower levels. Tons of different valuables to find artifacts/baubles/trinkets/skill capes
End remastered
Required to collect 12 different eyes to enter end dimension
Twilight forest is also in the pack and dimensions also have leveled mobs
Custom made npcs for shops/quests & important info

Limited Plot claims
Pvp is enabled and encouraged.
Enhanced villages with more unique traders and trades
Locked loot chests can be found in the overworld which need keys or lockpicks to open them
They contain Currency used when bartering with players or npcs.
Waystones are used to fast travel around the world, they requier normal enchanting xp to travel, traveling cost is based on the distance traveled.

    The world feels more wild because it runs datapacks like Terralith Incendium and Nullscape plus more. You can explore and build towns and help shape how the place feels while it is still growing.

    People are active during the day but sometimes it gets quiet. It seems best for players who want to be part of the foundation and not just lost in a huge crowd.

    I found a community focused Java server that is trying to feel like vanilla but still has room to grow if players want it to. It is made by the players for the players and a lot of choices come from requests and community polls.

    The main vibe is a Hermitcraft style SMP with a diamond based economy. There is a shopping district plus public builds and bigger projects that people work on together. Proximity chat is a big part of it and most players actually use it.

    There are homes and a few extra plugins that are mostly cosmetic or quality of life or just fun. It is whitelisted and it is 18 plus only. The server is on Minecraft 1.21.11 and it is Java only.

    They say there are usually 5 to 20 players online through the day and there are lots of regular active players. If you want people to play with there are groups looking for new members too.

    People form countries and claim real world land then fight over resources. Some players will build huge factories and others will run trade empires or plan invasions.

    It uses Create with heavy addons so you can automate a lot and build big train networks. Combat is not vanilla because it uses firearm mods plus big cannons for sieges and artillery.

    There are also air and ground vehicles for battles and moving supplies. Proximity voice chat is enabled so diplomacy and squad comms are a big part of the vibe.

    It has some quality of life mods like simple storage backpacks map tools and corpse runs. Since it is whitelisted they are trying to keep the community higher quality.

    Iron OverWorld is a brand new whitelisted Forge server on 1.20.1 and it is all about industrialization nation building and modern warfare on a custom Earth map.

    People form nations and claim real world territories then they fight over resources. The tech side is huge with Create and big addons so players can run massive factories and set up train networks and automate stuff like ammo and supplies.

    Combat is not vanilla and it leans into firearms with TaCZ and Pointblank plus big artillery and base siege action using Create Big Cannons. There are also air and ground vehicles with mods like Immersive Aircraft Simple Planes and Ash Vehicles so you can do transport or battles.

    Simple Voice Chat is fully set up so players can talk during diplomacy planning and firefights. There are quality of life mods too like Tom's Simple Storage Sophisticated Backpacks Xaero maps and corpse runs. The server stays whitelist only to keep the community high quality.
