I found a small semi vanilla SMP that is in a testing phase right now.

I noticed phantoms are disabled and there is one person sleep. There is also a PvP toggle plus some anti grief protections and rollbacks in case something bad happens. Keep inventory is on in the nether and the end.
The server uses add ons like Simple Voice Chat and Dynmap plus things like death count and player and mob head drops. Simple Voice Chat and Elytra Trims are optional so you can still play without them.
