I found a small SMP server called Mace through a friend and it feels really chill.

I found Crafted Survival and it feels like a semi vanilla SMP where people actually stick around. The whole vibe is community first with building and trading and just hanging out.
It has land claiming so your base stays safe and it is PvE focused with no griefing. It also does not use keep inventory so survival still feels real.
