I found this server called 99b99t and it is a real anarchy world. There are no rules and no limits so you can do whatever you want. The whole point is pure chaos and survival where you only trust yourself.

This is a chill survival server where everyone is welcome and the owner really wants a friendly community. The world is already pretty far along because the ender dragon is defeated and someone is full netherite and people can already get elytras.
