This is a new cracked anarchy server that is just starting out and it needs more players.
The idea is simple. It is an anarchy experience so you can join and just do whatever you want. There are no real rules written here so it feels like a wild place where anything can happen.
Right now there are not many players so the world is still fresh and open. The owner does not want the server to die because of server costs so they really want people to at least try it.

This is a StoneBlock 4 server running on Minecraft 1.21.1 and it is made for people who like modded survival and slow progression. The world starts in stone so you dig and unlock more stuff as you go and that is a big part of the gameplay.
The server runs on strong dedicated hardware in Europe in Belarus so it feels smooth. They even use an extra proxy tunnel through Germany so players from places like the US and Asia can get better ping and less lag. It is clearly focused on performance so it does not stutter all the time.
There is custom progression in game and you unlock things as you advance. It feels like you are always working toward the next step instead of just rushing everything at once. It is not super hardcore but you still need to think about what you are doing.
The community is pretty chill and player driven so people just hang out and help each other figure out the mods. Discord is connected to the server so ranks and chat are synced which makes talking with everyone easier even when you are not online in game.

H1S Realm is a vanilla style Java SMP that is built on trust and a small tight community.
The world is pretty new since the server is only about one and a half months old. It already has a story that drops from time to time so there is lots of lore. There is a character called Him who is basically a Herobrine that is not destructive and there is also something called The Dystbrinist so there is mystery to figure out.
The rules are not super strict. You get a lot of freedom to play how you want as long as you respect others. The server is whitelisted so you have to apply but it is simple and they just want honest answers.
The server uses Simple Voice Chat and some Vanilla Tweaks so it still feels vanilla. There is no teleport or warp plugins so travel feels more real. They also use CoreProtect so any damage or grief can be rolled back which helps keep the world safe.
They look for players who are at least 15 years old and who actually want to be active. The community is small but growing and feels close. If you like story in Minecraft and a vanilla survival SMP that will not reset any time soon this server is made for you.

I found this server called FolksMC and it feels like a tight little community that actually wants more people to join. The world has been running since August this year so it is not super new but not old and dead either.
It is a semi vanilla SMP so it feels like normal Minecraft but there are a few simple plugins. There is a home command so you can get back to your base. There are gravestones so you can find your stuff when you die. There is a Discord to Minecraft chat link so people can talk even when they are not in game.
The server has three main factions right now. They are called The Mercs Hearth and Tabasco. You can tour the server and then pick one of those or you can invite your friends and start your own faction. It seems like they really want people to team up and build things together.
There is a SimpleMineCart plugin so you can travel by rails without needing powered rails. There is a Timber plugin so chopping trees is faster. There is also GSit so you can sit on stairs and relax. The whole server feels like survival with small quality of life changes and a focus on friendly players who want to help build up the world.

SmokeyMC is a Towny style SMP where people build towns together or fight other towns if they want. Some towns are peaceful and chill and some like to go to war and battle on the map. There is an online map so you can see where towns are and what is going on.
The server has custom terrain so the world looks different from normal Minecraft. There are resource and flat worlds plus you can use rtp to explore new places. You can also level MCMMO skills and use jobs and playtime ranks so your character feels like it is progressing over time.
The server runs Minecraft 1.21.10 and is made for both Java and Bedrock players so you can play with friends on different devices. Bedrock players join by adding Smoky Peaks as a friend and joining their game. After you get to the hub you click the NPC on the right to get into Towny.
There are player made shops and an in game balance so there is a simple economy. The server has lag free gameplay and optional Discord voice chat if you like talking while you play. They also run fun monthly server events so there is usually something happening and reasons to log in.
Overall it feels like a laid back survival town server with some wars and events if you want more action and a community that likes building towns and playing together.
