If you want your hearts back you have to craft a Heart Crystal with an echo shard and a diamond block. Using a Heart Crystal gives you one heart and you can even go above ten hearts all the way to twenty. The extra hearts are temporary so when you take damage they disappear first.
The gameplay is basically vanilla. There are no teleport commands and all the normal block damage is on like fire spread and creeper explosions. It is not an anarchy server because stealing and griefing are not allowed.
