This server is called Java Survival and it is all about legit Minecraft survival. Every block is mined and placed by hand so nothing feels fake or spawned in. It feels like a real world that people have slowly built up over time.
They use custom plugins instead of the same old stuff everyone has so the commands and land protection feel different from other servers. It is still semi vanilla though so the gameplay stays close to normal Minecraft without crazy game changing features.
The community is the main focus here. The owners say the server exists for the players not for the staff. Players can give input on what happens and the goal is to be a long lasting main Minecraft home. They have already gone through two full worlds and are now on their third one so it feels like they are serious about staying around.
The rules are pretty simple. No super offensive language. No politics or other big drama topics. No hacking cheating or abusing glitches. You are not allowed to mess with other players stuff or build too close to them. You have to be respectful and kind and you cannot advertise. It is open to players 13 and up but it is not a strict family friendly server.
Overall it feels like a chill semi vanilla SMP where people want to play long term survive together and slowly build up a world that actually has history.
