Infinity Isles SMP is a survival world that feels really cozy and relaxed. The players are mostly adults and a lot of them are LGBTQ plus. They really care about being welcoming and making sure new people feel safe and included.

I found a brand new community SMP that opened last weekend and it is semi vanilla but still has some cool upgrades.

The world uses Terralith generation and it has ValhallaMMO plus ValhallaTrinkets for deeper progression. Players can run shops with shopkeepers and rent market space too. There is Bluemap for looking at the world and Bell Claims for land claiming.

You can get into conflict and war with tools made for sieges and capturing enemies. Nights are harder too and there are balanced quality of life plugins. Rules are clear here with no hacking griefing stealing or nonconsensual PvP. The server is not pay to win and store items are still obtainable through gameplay. Ranks are earned with in game money and you can make money through jobs milestones and tasks or by running your own shop.

Xapros SMP is a chill vanilla Minecraft server made for adults. It has a global 18+ community so people are around at lots of different hours.
The world is meant to last. It started in January 2025 and they say it will not reset so you can plan big long term builds.
It has an active playerbase with peak times around 20 to 25 players online. The server runs on Fabric not Spigot or Paper so redstone and farms are supposed to act like singleplayer.
There are no land claims but griefing and theft are not allowed. There is a ledger inspect command you can use if you think something went missing.
